(1) Conclusion of the contract
The products on offer do not represent a binding offer. The customer's order shall represent an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The customer may place the purchase offer via the online purchasing system. The desired goods are then added to the virtual “shopping cart”. It is possible to select the “shopping cart” and to make modifications on each page by clicking the allocated button. After entering personal data, the customer selects the terms of payment as well as the dispatch conditions. Customers do have the possibility to check and modify details or to cancel the purchase before finally sending the bid. The customer places a binding offer by sending the order via the “buy now” button. The customer receives a notice of receipt via automatic email, which does not lead to the conclusion of the contract. The acceptance of the offer takes place via written confirmation or by delivery of the goods. If the purchaser does not receive a confirmation of order or notification of the delivery within a period of 7 weekdays, he is no longer bound to the order. Any services rendered will be refunded in this case.
(2) Contractual language, storage of wording
Contractual language is German. The contractual wording (order data, terms and conditions) is saved by us. However, storage is limited respectively not accessible for the customer. The customer is in charge for separate storage or printout.
(3) Warranty claims
Legal warranty claims apply to all goods from the shop.
