Shipping information

Delivery time:
Delivery only while stocks last and subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is approx. 10 - 14 days from receipt of payment within Germany. Foreign countries may vary.
If articles are ordered with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies in each case.

Packages are sent daily, Monday to Friday.

The shipping costs are divided as follows:

    You order as end customer or small business
    You order as a retailer
    You order from USA/Canada

For shipping to a country not listed, please contact us to determine the shipping costs.

If delivery is made to a third country, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply and are payable by the customer. These will be paid to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

Your order could not be delivered?
For packages that could not be delivered and are returned to us, a return shipping fee of 5.00 € will be charged. You will also be charged again for reshipment! After receipt of payment of the fee and postage costs, the package will be sent again.
