Beautiful fabrics have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As the daughter of a seamstress, I was able to rummage through colorful fabric treasures at an early age and discover sewing for myself. With the birth of my three sons, I spent more and more time behind the sewing machine, sewing bloomers, patchwork quilts, and dirndls from beautiful fabrics. When I founded my label Sanktwerk, I created my first pattern designs. My colorful and cheerful designs tell of the beauty of everyday life. When I'm not drawing or sewing, I find inspiration in reading, making music, or traveling in my VW bus with a roof tent.
