Delivery Time:
Delivery is subject to product availability, and as all products are made specifically for you, the estimated delivery time within Germany is approximately 10 - 14 days from the receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Delivery times may vary for international orders.
If items with different delivery times are ordered, the longest delivery time applies.
Parcels are shipped daily, Monday through Friday.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping to Germany costs a flat rate of 4.50 Euro. For orders totaling 50 Euro or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping costs outside of Germany:
Czech Republic: 10.00 Euro
Denmark: 10.00 Euro
Austria: 7.50 Euro
France: 10.00 Euro
United Kingdom: 10.00 Euro
BeNeLux: 7.50 Euro
Spain: 10.00 Euro
Switzerland: 10.00 Euro
If you want to ship to a country not listed above, please contact us for the applicable shipping costs.
If delivery is made to a third country, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are to be borne by the customer. These will be paid to the respective customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
Your order was undeliverable?
If packages cannot be delivered and are returned to us, a return shipping fee of 5.00 € will be charged. The re-shipping will also incur an additional charge. After payment of the fee and postage costs, the package will be shipped again.
